Property and Estates Strategy: working with public and private organisations to review their leasehold and freehold portfolios, and provide strategic delivery advice incorporating lease events, acquisitions and disposals.

Acquisition and disposals: land and commercial property acquisitions, preparing sites for disposal and planning promotion.

Project and Programme Management: managing sites and initiatives from pre-planning through to construction. Obtaining grant funding and approvals to proceed. Identifying and mitigating risks to delivery.

Grant funding applications: working with public bodies to draft and apply for grant funding initiatives from central government. Collating supporting documents and plans from consultant teams, drafting submissions and providing financial modelling and development appraisal advice.

Public Sector Procurement, working with in-house procurement teams to draft tenders for project management consultant teams, developers and contractors to deliver projects on time and to budget.
