- Working in conjunction with Matthews Associates, One Public Estate and Berkshire local authorities to draft and submit successful Brownfield Land Release applications (BLRF) in sites across the county

- Review portfolio of sites to identify those with potential for grant funding applications and development

Buckinghamshire Parish Council – Strategic Delivery Strategy and Land Allocation
- Working with Iver Consulting Ltd to develop a delivery strategy for a centrally located site owned in part by the Parish Council alongside several private sector owners
- Submission of proposal to county council call for sites and working with the Council to appoint consultants to produce a development brief and create a forum for local landowner and stakeholder engagement

Mole Valley District Council and Business Improvement District Steering Group
- Working with Matthews Associates we carried out a consultation process and financial modelling exercise to identify the most suitable roads to include with a proposed Business Improvement District (BID) in Leatherhead, taking into consideration a combination of commercial interest in the proposals, revenue generation with a focus on town centre areas that would benefit from the BID
- This exercise was accepted by the client and a business case has since been submitted to establish the BID and create a new team to deliver the proposals

- Site Search and acquisition advice for new office and lab space for a venture capitalist backed tech start-up who expanded a year later to take the remainder of the building
