- Working in conjunction with Matthews Associates, One Public Estate and Berkshire local authorities to draft and submit successful Brownfield Land Release applications (BLRF) in sites across the county

- Ben is currently working with Gloucester City Council to help deliver this £13 million grant funded cultural and regeneration scheme incorporating the relocation of an existing market to facilitate the creation of a new cultural and arts destination for the city alongside improved public realm and accessibility.

Mole Valley District Council and Business Improvement District Steering Group
- Working with Matthews Associates we carried out a consultation process and financial modelling exercise to identify the most suitable roads to include with a proposed Business Improvement District (BID) in Leatherhead, taking into consideration a combination of commercial interest in the proposals, revenue generation with a focus on town centre areas that would benefit from the BID
- This exercise was accepted by the client and a business case has since been submitted to establish the BID and create a new team to deliver the proposals
